The bucket elevator is used for the optimized vertical grain transfers
The bucket elevator is used to optimally transfer the grains at a suitable speed for minimal damage to the grains. Elevators consist of 3 parts of the head, bottom, and body, which are made of galvanized sheets and bolts or black sheets with epoxy paint according to the customer’s demand.
The thickness of the body sheet ranges from one to four millimeters based on its length, dimensions and capacity. Dust collectors also can be used in this area.Magnets are used to improve security and prevent possible damage to transport devices. Bucket elevators are made of two types of metal and plastic, which are installed on the belt.Also, their dimensions vary based on the required capacity. The belts used are tarpaulin straps produced with EP500 to EP1000 resilience depending on the elevator height and customer order.
The top fuley has a plastic cover at a height of more than 20 meters to prevent the belt from slipping. The elevators of Tajhizavaran Company can be produced from 10 to 250 tons per hour based on the customer’s order.
